Il Brunello di Montalcino viene prodotto nella rinomata Cantina di Montalcino, un'azienda agricola immersa nelle verdeggianti colline senesi, che da oltre 40 anni, produce il famoso Brunello di Montalcino ed ancora oggi è l'unica cooperativa a produrre il celebre vino. Le caratteristiche organolettiche del corposo Brunello di Montalcino sono da ascrivere alla particolarità del territorio del piccolo comune senese di Montalcino, delimitato dal monte Amiata e dalle valli dell'Orcia, dell'Asso e dell'Ombrone che creano quattro versanti dalle differenti condizioni del suolo e del clima. Il celebre Brunello di Montalcino, viene prodotto con uve 100% Sangiovese, un vitigno antico di origini etrusche. Le uve con cui viene prodotto il Brunello di Montalcino provengono da diversi vigneti selezionati in ciascuno dei quattro versanti che caratterizzano il territorio del comune senese. Come da tradizione, vengono raccolte esclusivamente le uve sane e mature e il processo di vinificazione segue un rigido disciplinare che prevede la macerazione delle bucce per 15-20 giorni, per rendere ancora più corposo e potente il sapore del Sangiovese. Il vino riposa nel piano interrato della cantina e si affina per un periodo di due anni in botti di rovere e barriques. Il Brunello, prodotto nel comune di Montalcino si fregia dell'importante denominazione DOCG (denominazione di origine controllata e garantita). Il Brunello di Montalcino è un vino che racchiude la morbidezza e la sinuosità delle colline senesi, la durezza del vitigno Sangiovese e la sapiente tradizione della vinificazione degli abitanti di Montalcino, regalandoci un vino rosso fermo dall'aroma inconfondibile e dal sapore pieno.

Fruity aroma of cherries and small berries with blackberries and currants, with a spicy finish. In the mouth the structure is full-bodied: of good intensity and long persistence, it is characterized by the beautiful balance formed between alcohol, tannins and acidity. The final taste is pleasant.
The Langhe Nebbiolo "Blagheur" presents itself to the eye with a ruby red color; on the nose it is characterized by floral and fruity aromas typical of the vine; in the mouth it is full and well supported by an attractive but always balanced tannic component.
