Cavar Acido is all citrus! Its slightly acidic taste is due to the fact that we filled it with lemon juice from day one. However, in contact with the palate it gives a unique freshness.
The primordial version. The aperitif par excellence. Cavar Classico is based on the balance of the elements that compose it: the best oranges, the freshest rhubarb and just enough alcohol to make you feel more tactical!
The Cavar Frivolo is not light, nor very light, much more! The floral notes dominate it, taking over everything, especially rationality, but we are sure you will like it for this very reason!
Cavar Molesto always has pockets full of ginger and the desire to rock the world, literally. In it you will find a strong, pungent and slightly spicy taste, but without being annoying.

It is the maximum expression of nature and its strength. A liqueur that comes to life from a rich bouquet of Mediterranean herbs carefully selected and combined in a secret recipe found in an ancient 18th century recipe book. A bitter that was developed to delight the demanding palate of nobles, merchants and travelers of the time, and which still today, thanks to small adjustments and the use of the best botanicals, manages to seduce and amaze. The result achieved is a perfect texture obtained from a mix of expertly selected herbs and natural flavours. A Premium amaro that rewrites the history of Neapolitan nobility and perfect amaro to the point of deserving the frieze 10 May 1734, the date on which Charles of Bourbon, son of Philip V of Spain, triumphantly entered the city of Naples making it the capital of one Independent state. The slow maceration of the infusion gives the Amaro Borbone a consistent body and an unparalleled aromatic complexity, an inimitable taste that releases the characteristic aromas of the Mediterranean, enhancing its typical tonic-digestive properties.
It is a product of absolute quality and inspired by the recipe that the Di Costanzo family of Procida used for the family production of rocket bitters already in the 1940s. Rocket bitters are a typical product of the Campania islands, and Di Costanzo managed to formulate an original recipe that was highly appreciated not only by the islanders. The mission of the Di Costanzo heirs is not only limited to the custody of the precious family recipe books, but also to the continuous search for detail. This is why for Rucola Borbone, only rocket grown in the Sele plain, in Campania, is used, which will soon be recognized as PGI, and which will rank third in terms of turnover among Italian PGI products. This prized rocket is rich in vitamin C and mineral salts and is used not only in cooking but also for its phytotherapeutic qualities as a remedy to increase appetite, aid digestion and stimulate the body, for the maintenance of psychophysical well-being. The secret of this fine liqueur lies in a perfect mix of natural aromas and rocket, which enhances its taste and aroma. A delicate and refined bitter, delicious to be enjoyed at room temperature or chilled accompanied by a wedge of lemon or orange.
